Michael A. Sullivan
"Mike has been great to work with! He jumped right into the fray to help us develop ICA review processes and prepare for future ODA authority to accept our project ICAs. He also has helped set a solid path with our AEG focal point so that we have a good relationship with the FAA." -- Dr. Melissa Sandow, VT DRB Aviation Consultants
ICA review is not an FAA granted delegation authority, but a unique capability based on background, experience, and knowledge. Currently supporting one ODA as ICA reviewer.
