about Melissa Sandow

Over 20 years of experience with the aircraft certification process.  Worked for the FAA for 16 years as an aviation safety engineer specializing in the review of flammability, seats (both static and dynamic), structures, and interior compliance.  Also served as program manager and senior engineer in the Denver ACO.  As an ODA administrator for 6 years I've had the opportunity to manage over 70 unit members in all technical disciplines.  Currently also hold authorization as a unit member for interior arrangements.  Now working with the following ODA:  VT DRB Aviation Consultants.

Education: BS (Aerospace Engineering) from Colorado State University, MBA (Aviation Management) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, DM (Organizational Design & Leadership) from University of Phoenix.
